Right to Return Goods Without Giving a Reason

In accordance with Section 1837 of the Civil Code, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason. This right applies to most goods purchased online, with the exception of certain categories such as hygiene products, custom-made goods, or goods that have been unsealed for hygiene reasons.

Conditions for Returning Goods

• The goods must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
• All original labels and tags must be intact and attached.
• The goods must not show signs of use or damage that could affect their resale value.

How to Return Goods

1. Log in to your account on our online store.
2. Select the relevant order and the item you wish to return.
3. Click the option "Submit a Claim" and fill in the required information.
4. After submitting your request, we will contact you with further instructions.

Exchange of Goods

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow these steps:

• The goods must be new, unused, and in their original packaging, with all labels and tags attached.
• First, submit an exchange request through our system:
  1. Log in to your account on the online store.
  2. Select the order and item you wish to exchange.
  3. Choose "Submit a Claim/Exchange" and complete the form.
• After receiving your request, we will contact you to arrange the next steps, including the address to which the goods should be sent.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will send you the requested product or offer an alternative solution.
• The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending goods for exchange.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

What Happens After We Receive the Returned Goods

• After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will contact you regarding the next steps.
• If the goods are found to be in acceptable condition, we will refund the full purchase price.
• Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Claims for Defective Goods

If you receive goods with a defect, you have the right to make a warranty claim in accordance with Section 2161 and following sections of the Civil Code. The claim should be submitted as soon as possible after discovering the defect, but no later than 24 months from the date of receiving the goods.
